Solution · Pubs & Restaurants

Reward the regulars. Pull in the quiet midweek crowd.

A loyalty programme designed for tables that turn over and floors that get loud. Customers earn through the till, redeem on a tablet, and get nudged back on the nights you actually need them — not the Saturday you're already packed.

What we hear from publicans and restaurateurs

Three problems no loyalty platform usually solves.

Saturday's packed. Tuesday's empty.

You don't need to incentivise the Saturday crowd — they'd come anyway. You need to bring in the regulars on Tuesday without giving away your margin to people who'd have paid full price.

Tables turn over too fast

A loyalty programme that needs the customer to dig out a card or scan a QR before paying doesn't work when the bill arrives, the babysitter's calling, and there's a queue at the till.

Discount blasts trash the brand

Every time you send a "30% off!" email you train customers to wait for the next one. You need a way to reward loyalty that doesn't read as a price cut.

What we'd put behind the bar

A kiosk by the door. A wallet pass for the regulars.

Kiosk leads — it gets new customers in. Wallet pass + nudges bring them back on the nights you choose. Gift cards turn the regulars into walking promotions.

The response from customers has been way better than expected.

Pub & restaurant FAQ

What landlords and chefs ask before they sign.

  • How does it work with our POS?
It doesn't have to. The kiosk runs the loyalty programme independently — customers tap to earn after paying. If you want a tighter POS integration later we can scope it; most venues start without and add it once they see the value.
  • Can we reward midweek visits more than weekend ones?
Yes. Set higher point multipliers on the nights you want to drive, lower on the nights you're already busy. Wallet passes push the offer to the customer's lock screen on the day — not in a generic newsletter.
  • What about staff that come and go?
The kiosk is self-serve. The only staff action is confirming a redemption — three seconds. Loyalty+ includes a role-play session so the team knows what to say when a customer asks about it.
  • Can we sell dinner-for-two gift cards?
Yes — branded gift cards, physical or digital, redeemable against the bill. Big at Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. Cash today for a meal later.
